The Peli 1550 Protector Case sits at the larger end of the range that’s still practical to carry with one hand, thanks to a non-slip rubber over-moulded handle. It’s a solid all-rounder for equipment that needs serious protection without stepping up to the bulk of a wheeled case.

Beyond the standard foam and divider options, the 1550 also accepts the TrekPak divider system or a dedicated EMS kit, and bespoke foam can be arranged on request for unusual equipment shapes and awkward loadouts. It’s available in a range of colours, and the IP67 rating means it can be submerged in a metre of water for up to 30 minutes — it will even float in salt water with a load of up to 31.7 kg, giving genuine peace of mind for marine or waterside work.
