An automatic purge valve equalises interior air pressure after flights or altitude changes, and a rubber over-moulded carrying handle keeps the case comfortable to carry despite its low weight and deep profile. Two double-step latches keep it securely closed but easy to open when needed, even with cold hands or thick gloves on during outdoor shoots and cold-weather site visits.
